Thanks for the Lies

Thanks for the Lies

Does it matter to you that I cry;
Do you care I'm even around?
I'll fall forever from the sky;
I'll just fall flat to the ground.
Broken cries become of me;
My life will just disappear.
Who is it I'm suppose to be;
Why do I always give a tear?
My friend, what is your name;
Why do you treat me like this?
No matter what it's all the same;
My veins beat through my fist.
Sorry my money isn't enough;
Sorry my clothes aren't a lot.
I can't be an angel from above;
I can't be all that and "hot".
What are friends for anyway;
They always seem to be broken.
Someone will cry every day;
Then they'll be done and forgotten.
What's going on with friends;
Can't there be some peace at all?
Why do they always have to end;
It always seems to start with a call.
You lock me inside myself;
You say you understand.
I can't trust anyone else;
Thanks for the lies...Friend..
