Cut And Badly Bleeding

Where were you during my rough times?
Because I know that single set of footprints is mine,
You were never there when I walked on glass
When I needed you most is when you chose to pass.

When things got hard you ran away
Even though I was on my knees begging you to stay,
You didn’t hear my pleading, and even if you did
You figured you could just ignore the painful cry of a kid.

So here I am alone, cut and badly bleeding
All because you left when it was you that I was needing,
So go and do whatever but know that I am here
Cut by you and bleeding as I shed my final tear.
