What I Hate About You

by Shan   Nov 25, 2006

I hate the way you loved me,
And how I once loved you too.
I hate the way you lied,
And how you pretended to be true.

I hate how I believed you,
And hung from every word.
I hate how I ignored the talk,
Every rumor that I heard.

I hate the way that you look at me,
I hate your longing stare.
I hate how you still want me.
I hate that you still care.

I hate your fake smile,
And your sparkling bright blue eyes,
That I once thought held pure love,
But instead held a shield of lies.

I hate everything about you.
I hate how you would never call.
But the thing I hate most about you,
Is, that I don't hate you at all.
