Last Dance

by JL   Nov 25, 2006

You put on that suit
I will slip on that dress
No matter how much time
We'll still be one big mess

You fix your tie
While I finish my hair
Right back where we started
Not admitting that we care

You hold out your hand
Out the door we go
All the love we have
We are too d*mn stubborn to show

You take a glance at me
I sneak a peak at you
This on again, off again thing
Has left us unsure of what to do

You hold me close
As i hug you tight
In our own little world
We will dance away the night
