Healthy thoughts dwell in a healthy body.
Try to avoid addiction of pills and alcohol.
We can overcome our pain and sorrow when we see it and face it. Facing difficult time makes us strong. I know it's an unbearable pain, but don't make yourself weak. You are a 'hope'for your family and friends.
