She's Gone

There goes my world, crumbling down
It's like I'm standing still, everythings moving around
How is it that this can cause me so much pain
But yet to the world it's no loss, no gain

God took her from me, not telling me why
Now he's left me here with nothing but tears in my eyes
My only comfort is I know I'll see her some day
I just don't understand why God's making me pay

The worst way to miss someone is when your memory fades
If I could hear her laughter, for it anything I would trade
I feel like shit that I just can't remember
What it felt like when she held me in the cold December

All our stupid little sayings, are all in the past
Our time is gone, why couldn't it last?
She didn't deserve such a cruel fate
I couldn't even say goodbye, now it's too late

I love her too much to ever let go
She was my everything, I told her so
I carry her with me, she's in my soul
Without her, I'm not even whole

Since the day that I saw her, to the day that she died
I loved her, we were inseperable, always side by side
They say you don't realize what you've got 'til it's gone
She was my world, how could they be so wrong?
