Hey Ash. i understand this one alot. especially after monday. and i feel like a total hypocrite but dont do it. its not good for you. i end up talking to mckale like everyday about it. david made me promise him last night that i wouldnt do it again that i wouldnt even try. he saw me look at my wrist and he made me show both of my wrists to him. you couldnt really see them though. but he saw enough of them. just dont do it. find somebody you really care about and would never hurt and make a promise to them that you wont do it. or anything just find something that is "school appropriate" as something you cant get through your day without. haha the survey! ok well i love you girlie!

This is good i have not cut for about 7 weeks and i want to cut and it is taken ever thing so i dont do it

I loved this poem, I could relate to it so well. I've been raped also so I know how it feels to cut because you want the pain on the inside to stop. I think the quote "You take pills to kill the thing inside you, you cut to let it out" very much applies. It's a quote I've been told often. Just keep your head high and know you're not alone. 5/5
