You cared for me when I was there
You made me feel at home
You looked after me when I was down
I never felt alone

You stood there right beside me
You showed the way to go
You were always there to lend a hand
And this ill always know

Now I\'m home i wonder round
And realise your not here

And wish that you were near

He was nothing compared to you

But this I never knew

The mistake I made was following my head
The mistake that keeps us apart
But from this mistake a lesson is learnt
To always follow the heart

With just a memory of our song
