Memories

There are people who doubt me
and people who don't care
but i never once thought
that you wouldn't be there.
you were my best friend
or so i thought anyway.
i sit and wonder everyday
about what you see in her.
is it her looks?
what does she have that i dont?
i know that you love her
but its obvious that she doesnt care.
and honsetly, i dont think she ever will.
everytime she blows you off
i'm sitting on my bed wondering
could we be anything?
could you love me
as much as you love her?
could you be the
right guy for me?
everyone tells me that
your better than
any guy i've ever liked.
so as i sit on my bed and
think of all our memories
all i can do is cry
and wonder if we could be something.
i want to be something.
i just wish
you felt that way too.
