Just Another Broken Promise

The things ive said and done
with the problems ive begun
i feel as though i took your trust
and drew a line between the two of us
i want what was there to come back clear
to make it from 3 months to 6 then a year
but now its done come crashing down
my world has collapsed and now i drown
but to you i gave my heart and word
to keep you safe and to be your world
now all i have are the scars from the past
and how the marks will forever last
but it makes me stronger and makes me see
that this was worth it i mean you and me
i found no regrets for being with you
i just regret that its almost through
