Slitting My Wrists

by Steven Foster   Dec 4, 2006

Here i now sit i am now all alone
the last time that we spoke it was over the phone

now as cold darkness falls all around me
the warm blood from my wrists drips to the ground that surrounds me

and as my life force now fades i lose touch with myself
i return to my room to place my razor back onto the shelf

i look to the floor to see all the blood my heart beat for you
what have i done ive started a battle i am going to lose

now as deaths cold grip embraces my neck
my energy has faded no use to fight back

as i now die my last thoughts are of your voice
and how i have lost you through my careless choice
