I've been told love is the cure,
but what exactly is the cure?
Is it for lonliness ot pain,
No! It makes it worse.
I've been told love is blind,
but whether I see or not
my hear is in turmoil.
If true love is instantaneous,
then why does it take so long to be uncovered?
The lonliness, the pain, the blindness,
and turmoil will always be there whether I like it or not.
But even if true love does not come,
I've always got the everlasting joy of friendship.
No matter what happens,
friends are always there for you till the very end,
thats a different kind of love,
a love that lasts longer than any guy ever could.
So what conclusion does that make???
Its the realisation that who needs guys when you have your best friends?
