Numbness

by Katie   Dec 7, 2006

Fondling Numbness
How you consume me
Flowing through these veins
I know you inside out.

My cravings return
Blood and tears shed
I cannot handle
I cannot handle.

I know you inside out.
I know you all to well,
Forbidding pleasure
Fondling Numbness

Play with these insides
Make me love to hate
Make me careless again
Make me forget.

Peel my skin back
And rip this heart to shreds
Tear out my mangled soul
And stomp on the rest.

Tell me you hate me
Tell me you never cared
Let me fall back into what I know
Back into the fondling numbness

I know you inside out.
I know you all too well.
