we were best friends but then you found someone new
that was when i found out you were not trustworthy or true
for months all we did was exchange hellos as we past
i thought our friendship would not last
as days went by i hated you more
you\'re fairness was too hard to ignore
then one day out of nowhere i get a text from you
it says \"hey lets hang out this weekend, what do you want to do?\"
confused and surprised i texted to back
\"wanna go to the basketball game and maybe get some food?\"
Friday came and i was so excited for the night
i finally have a chance to make things right
at dinner we talked about everything and caught up
but suddenly i realized it was all about you
then i thought i dont want to be your friend
i realized that this friendship had to end
i dont need a friend who is conceited like you
i dont need a friend who only wants to hang out when she has nothing else to do
