Rate Me

I know how absurd this might look
But who would not like some appreciation
Some good comments for our little black book

I am just one of a kind from this huge crowd
After posting my first one, waiting for reviews now
And till then without any reason feeling so proud

People come and people go
Hundreds of visits but little do they know
Here comes another, reading so slow
Will leave like any other
Without understanding my poem's core

Do we ask for so much?
Under every poem cant you see?
You are here to understand a poem
When you cant understand a term like RATE ME

Here people give comments
Only when its five out of five
Wonder if by the time I'll reach homepage
If i will be even alive

Little appreciation with little time
Is expecting that much a CRIME?
I know some people would still not understand
For they are just pain in ass and forever they will be
For others, i still say the same, "RATE ME"

Inspired from Nirvana's "Rape Me", i guess that's the only funny part of this.. :o)
