Convicted

by Elizabeth   Dec 14, 2006

I'm tired of all the hate that's runnin' through my veins,
No 1 knows the pain that's caused me to go insane,
I'm messed up because of the things I've seen,
I know more than I need to,
I've seen more than needs to be seen,
Other's can't understand why many lives are like this,
They're blinded by their own ignorance,
What's in front of them they pretend not to see,
Can it ever be changed?
Day by day, minute by minute,
Evil doer's get their time to shine,
They're rewarded for the evil the unleash,
They're branded to be 1 of the "FAMILY",
So much blood is shed each day,
Your brother's & sister's, father's & mother's, lover's & friends,
All of this a "FAMILY"?
A place to call home?
But where r they when u get locked up?
Where is this so called "FAMILY"?
How often will they drive 8 hours 2 see you?
Never, that's your answer, Your blood, your true blood, That's all you need,
So, this "Ghetto" life, this "Thug" life, that you say you can't get out of,
Is all Bullshit!
These signs of hatred don't need to be!!!
