Dear Mama

by Elizabeth   Dec 14, 2006

I miss the simple things that made you family
I miss the way you watched over me when i was sick
I miss the way you held me fter a bad dream
I miss the smell of cookies after scholl
I miss your bright blue eyes and red hair
I dont miss seeing you isck
I dont miss the nurse at the house
I dont miss the smell of hospitals at 5 in the morning
I dont mss waiting while the doctors tried to make you better
Nor do I miss the CANCER that spread
You got the pick of the litter, a disease that has no end
It took you away from the ones you loved
Tears dropped, Hearts broke and lives changed forever
But 1 thing that never changed
Is how much you are loved
TRUE Love lasts forever
And FOREVER my love for you will live.....

How very sad! Yet the love for your mother comes through! Good job! You are in my prayers!
