We used to laugh together,
We used to cry together.
If you needed me, I was there no matter what the weather.
It's so sad, and yet so true,
The great friendship we had is really through.
I never thought it would happen to us,
But you lied and I lost your trust.
Stupid jokes and long talks, do these thingd mean anything to you,
When you said they did I really thought it was true.
The pact has been broken, it's all said and done,
The friendship we had was number one.
It's over now, nothing left to say,
Nothing would have ever changed, if I would've had it my way.
Another friendship like this we will never again find,
We will never know what would have come of the friendship we left behind.
