Management.

We need management to actually listen.
When people mess up, give them a second time.
Dont just say your fired.
Make stuff for people to work on.
Pat them on the back and say good job.
Find out what they can do good.
Give them the job they are good at.
Or teach them to do that job right.
Don't just stick them out there alone.
Managers will never get the point.
Because they get taught by other people.
