Whoa, what a different type of poem. The person in your poem is crazy! lol jk jk It was interesting to get a different persepective in poetry. This was by far one of the most different and interestion reads I have read in awhile. Thanks for the comment, I really appreciate it@ =]

This poem is excellent. I especially loved the line "Plucking the apple while it's ripe,
before it has time to rot" Very powerful with sharp imagery. Also, the theme was depicted well and is extremely relevant to a lot of events happening around the country. Props!

Wonderful poem. Its so different, and I love the idea and imagery you portray through your words. I can often relate. My favorite lines are:

"Plucking the apple while it's ripe,

cleansing the heart and soul of scars,
any lingering pain the mind forgot."
