I Love Him

by Chyrelle   Dec 17, 2006

I love him.
I love him not.
Sometimes I hate him,
And sometimes he's all I got.

Sometimes he's mean.
Sometimes I'm too nice.
He uses his words for hurt,
But also to entice.

His eyes show so much joy,
And at the same time pain.
His presence brings sunshine,
But with it comes rain.

Making love to him heals my body,
And completes my soul.
With him deep inside of me,
I always feel complete and whole.

But it's his touch that hurts
My body in the first place,
His verbal abuse puts scars on my
soul
That will take much time to erase.

He makes me happy,
And also deeply sad.
I love him and tell myself
That this craziness isn't so bad.

I love him.
I love him not.
