The Smile Button

You see,
There is a button on your face,
Right on your cheek,
If you hit it in a certain place

My friends and I call it the smile button,
Sometimes it works, sometimes not,
But if your friend is down,
It’s worth a shot

My friend has had a nervous brake down,
So I would poke her cheek,
A smile glowed,,
Even when she was weak

My friend made it up,
I was down,
Then all of a sudden....poke,
I no longer wore a frown

It really works,
When you have a huge smile too,
This may seem weird,
But it’s true

So if a friend is oh so ever gloomy,
It’s the power of a poke, and huge smile,
Pass the poke on,
So it will last awhile
