Each Day

by Rachel RTVW   Dec 18, 2006

Each day I wonder what could have been, if things had gone differently way back when.
Guess I can only work with what I've got, tried to forgive but haven't forgot.

A plethra of memories bad and good,
what you did, what you should
In Gods hands, for he's the judge.
I'll try real hard to lose my grudge.

Things you've said have hurt so bad, things you've done have made me sad.
Why care what you think or say?
Same old thing just a different day.
Wonder what you get out of others pain, do you really have that much to gain?

Each day that passes I wonder why, but you should know, I'll never cry.
My heart has grown too cold for tears, learned to handle it over the years.
When you look at me I'll smile, that's all you'll see.

My real feelings you'll never know, the pain inside of me.
