Not my imagination

by andrea   Dec 18, 2006

The remainder of my life,
I will know what took place.
That shiny little knife,
Used just like a mace.

Fire burned and death alive,
smiles gone and pain aside.
Who would've known at five,
not to abide?

I've been told,
a pathetic lie.
My emotions sold
my heart in a tie.

Feelings now are strong,
killing me eternally.
Who could've lasted that long,
with your anger pouring sternly?

It wasnt my imagination,
that brought this about.
It was the "vacation",
the fault the fout.

    I loved this.
I thought the flow and rhyme scheme you used were really good.
    A wonderful job.
