Just Passin' the Time

Sometimes, there is a time when you cannot perceive
Sometimes, there is a time when things aren't what they seem
These times are the times when darkness may reign supreme
These times are the times when the lies come clean

Most of the time, not all, people don't understand
But, all the time, not some, this isn't what some demand
One fourth the time, not more time, understanding is held pure
Two thirds the time, not less time, is what people look for

Half the time, eighth the time, sixth the time, they're all times to me
But to someone that may not know the time, this may not be.

    It was original and unique in concept and I really enjoyed the wording and imagery.

    Cool poem,. it reminded me of one of mine. i like how you use longer lines and each line rhymed within the stanza. it worked well. overall it flowed very well and the message was 'miscellaneous' but it was a cool poem. the only thing i can say about improvement is that this line- These times are the times when the lies come clean seemed too short.
