Society

by InTheShadows   Dec 19, 2006

In a world full of dark and joy
I would love to rule that world
Where it is always night
And Darkness wasn't labeled

The kids who wear black
Get called many names
While others don't realize
They are putting themselves to shame

I'm a kids who loves to skate
In a world full of hate
I wear black and love to rock
Stupid hatred never stops

We get called outcast by society
Because we skate and wear black
Yet here people are dieting
When nobody even called them fat

Why doesn't society kick them out
Instead of quiet kids who hate to shout
We are put down by what we love
Can you tell me life doesn't shove

If you think it doesn't, think again
Life shoves us all to wear the style that's "in"
So what if we love black and don't like a lot of pink
That doesn't mean that we are freaks
Society just isn't me!
