Falling

by *~Broken_Seraph~*   Dec 22, 2006

Falling and falling through the floor
This sheep cannot find the shepherd;
The world implodes, no longer supported;
True chaos unleashed upon the earth.
The crimson ocean spreads everywhere
All holiness lost, innocence killed;
The best decaying, while the worst live on.

The truth must be near;
Surely our paradise lost must be close,
Paradise lost! A mere dream to us now.
When the long Seeing Eye troubles my soul:

Somewhere, out in the vast abyss,
The shadow of an inbred gargoyle smiles, with
The soul of a god fallen from the heights;
A bloody, ice-chilling gaze, a soul killing stare.
The darkness envelopes all, but I know
That it will not overcome all.
For even though a dead hand rocks the stagnate cradle
Of this dead existence.
There is an alarm sounded to the east,
A hope for our lost paradise,
Shining like the sun
Newly born
