Why is it that in this world so very populated?
With persons or every colour class and creed
It proves to be very difficult
To find that special someone to meet your every need.
Sometimes you spend almost a lifetime
Getting to know someone
Then one day out of the blue
Everything you worked so hard for is gone.
Then when someone expresses a genuine interest
But because of previous hurt and pain
That chance for life long happiness and bliss
Has now been flushed down the drain.
For sure there are very good people out there in the world
Sometimes they may not be close to you
But their intentions and plans
Maybe honest, genuine and true.
So just because you were hurt in a relationship
Doesn’t mean you have to close off your heart
The beauty is in getting up, brushing yourself off
And making a brand new start.
So just keep a clear and open mind
Try not to reject that special love
Just pray and have a little faith
And leave the rest to God above.
