Friends Forever

I will start by introducing you,
As the best friend that has helped me come through.
I can't thank you enough for your friendship,
So I hope that this poem will do it.

You have helped me whether you realize it or not,
No matter how different we are, we never fought.
You have so much kindness to give,
You are the true friend that has helped me live.

Through rough times you were always there for me,
I still wonder, what is it in me that you see?
People underestimate our connection,
Cannot believe that we have never been through separation.

It is amazing how much we have been through,
Laughs, tears, smiles, and sleepovers too.
Every minute of the day we were always together,
I know that we will always be friends forever.

What we have is indescribable,
So magnificent, it's unexplainable.
It is everything,
Yet absolutely nothing.

To me, you are the other half of my soul,
The best part of my life,
The most precious friend,
Till the end.
