Food

by Rachael   Dec 22, 2006

Food is no way to fill an interlude
It will take hold
Though it'll never be rude
But you'll become bold

When your sad you make a snack
Who new it could bite back?
In the worst possible way
So your sadness is on display

The whole world seems to laugh
Comments are heartbreaking
"Fat cow you make me want barf!"
So their your staking
Your message so clear
You starve yourself, though you're never near

That perfect size ten
Who could recommend?
That that is the only way

Magazines, the media
Who said they were the leader?
Telling us what looks good, the best control
All their readers...
Their on the greatest power roll

So staring in the mirror you frown and you pinch
And you look at ever inch
You hate the fat
You hate the skin
You look like a rat
So why not binge?

Your mind and your thoughts become consumed
With food
And health
And your in the worst mood

Why can't it just go?
Why must it wait around!
I have no patients
I want to become part of the ground

I can't be pretty any other way
Those spots are always going to stay!
A big fat lump that's what I am

But your wrong
Sing your self a happy song
And say your beautiful today

Smile and shine
And try not to whine
Be upbeat and good willed
And you will feel filled

Eat an apple and a hearty dinner
Tell yourself your good
And you'll become slimmer

People love beauty
Its true
I won't lie

But beauty doesn't have to come because your thinner!
Be a good person
Thoughtful and kind
To your self to
And leave those horrid thoughts behind!
