She feels so insecure,
Often like a fool,
And in her current situation,
Has she bitten off more than she can chew?

She has met a certain someone,
A man she wants to please,
He makes her feel so special,
And always put her at ease.

There is but one slight problem,
That is causing her much strife,
This man he sees her often,
But then goes home to his wife.

She wants him with her always,
She can't bear to be apart,
She doesn't want to admit it,
But he's there, wedged in her heart.

She often sits there on her own,
And has a good think and cry,
She knows she shouldn't be doing this,
But she can't seem to say goodbye.

She wants to be his lover,
She wants to be his friend,
She wants them to be together,
From now right to the end.

She tries to look to the future,
And see how things could be,
She knows exactly what she wants,
But she will have to wait and see.
