Together Again

by Breanna   Dec 27, 2006

There is no gain in your death
Only pain which drives me insane
I would have died a million times if it made you pleased
But instead I got a million stabs like a dreadful desease
No, worse, I cannot describe my pain at you being gone
But I know inside, that you'll never be erased from my memory
There are no words to express the pain you're putting me through
I feel as if I'm drowing in a world full of lies and mesmerising ties
All I have to say is I'm sorry
Sorry for not being there when you needed me most
Sorry for putting aside your worries and woes
They are deafening to me now, I cannot stop hearing your voice
It is beautiful, wonderful, but so cold and sad
If only you had me to confide in, then everything would be alright,
Time to pull the plug, so we can be together again
Just like we always wanted to be, united like lovers should be
All regrets are now one in my mind as I lay here and die.
Goodbye and goodnight to the world
A new love has just unfurled.
A life beyond death and love beyond that
A kind that cannot be taken away or replayed
It can only live again.
