Gone like that!

To see his life just pass
and slip by him that quickly
he didn't have the choice
to watch his kids grow up
his kids wish for him back
and who knows if he wishs to be back
life might be better
just to have him in our life one more time
just one last chance to live is all we ask
to know that he is gone
is hard enough as it is
but to know he won't be coming back
makes it harder then ever
his kids want to see him one last time
but that won't happen until we pass
we dont remember when we said good-bye
we don't remember our last i love you
we were only 6, 11, and 12
and now we are 13, 18, and 19
to know that 7 years pasted
makes us want to brake down and cry
but we have to stay strong
even when its hard
but being strong will make our Daddy proud.
