Innocence

by Taylor   Jan 2, 2007

Subtle eyes of blue
laying in the water lilies,
not drowning so much as floating
high above the surface.

The puddles of the ground,
smiling at the perfection
of the sky in her mirror.
Looks like her reflection..

Wearing the sun in her hair,
dancing from shadow to shadow,
the wind whispers to her.
She'll never misplace her innocence.

This is a really great poem that was filled with emotion and had great flow excellent job 5/5 P.S. the one fake rose unlike the real ones will not die, symbolizes that there love will last forever and never die just like the fake rose.
