Voice

I hear a voice,
It is like none i have ever heard before

It wakes me at night
It's holier than I and makes me feel that i have done wrong

It's something different
something softer and better than I've ever heard before, something different

It calms me
It relaxes me and makes me feel like everything's going to be OK

It's God and His sweet voice
and it's so reassuring

I listen to the voice,
His voice

and it saves me,
from myself, and the world

The world of a sea of nothing.
