The Deadly night

by Paige Whalen   Jan 5, 2007

She screams out his name
As I run him through
With my sword who has slain
So many of the crew

I turned and bit her
To quench my thirst for blood
My teeth grew longer and sharper
My eyes turned almost black like mud

My thirst for human blood
Is hard to quench
As I look and look
As a life is clenched

I could not hear
The ever howling wind
There was nothing for me to fear
Around the bend

I face nothing and everything
