You hide me from the world,
but say you'd give me it all,
you make me feel worthless,
but say you'd never let me fall.

you push my friends away,
but say you want me to have fun,
you never let me be alone,
not even to go for a run.

you tell me those guys are bad,
but its only cause your scared,
you make me feel insecure,
but say you've always cared.

i just cant seem to understand,
the everyday choices you make,
is this what love is supposed to be,
cause to me it feels so fake.

relationships contain good and bad,
but sometimes i just don't know,
how am i supposed to react,
should i kiss you or let you go?
