This angel\'s life

The life of an angel
she's bubbly outside
but secretly her heart
is weeping inside

She seeks for an answer
to her pain brewing inside
but no one can know
for this she must hide

if everyone knew
all the pain she holds inside
do you think they would like her
or would they lay down and die?

she's posted a mask
of colorful arrays
does anyone know
what really she prays?

God help her for she
has become so numb
weeping and crying
and drinking rum

She's sweet on the outer
and hard on the inner
but this angel's life
is unknown to all sinners........
