Crying Never Looked Better

Crying is looking good right now
I know I'm not OK
I don't know what or how it happened
I just know I broke one day

The rain is pouring down outside
Just like in my eyes
It's cold, numb, and silent
Just like my heart's cries

The scars are starting to burn
But I stare at them in hate
I made a promise, I refuse
To give in to their ill fate

Sleep is slowly fading
Food is losing taste
Stress and fear are crashing down
All feelings will erase

Is the madness ever going to end?
Or just go one forever?
Breaking me piece by piece
Until I'm gone altogether.
