The Angel

The beauty in her smile lightens up my day
it guides me down my path, showing me the way
it points me in the direction, to good choices
she helps me ignore the evil, the darkened voices
voices speaking words untrue,
sucking me back in to a life of depression and pain,
a sadness yet a sin my life was a cruel punishment,
now I'm confident with style
i await to hear her voice, i long to see her smile
