THE REAL TRUTH

by AfflictedSoul   Jan 9, 2007

What they see from their eyes is calmness,
But the truth is hidden beneath my skin.
The truth is antagonism ready to shoot through my heart at any second.
The truth is abstract animosity that is slowly coming to life.
The truth is a tantrum of acrimony getting bigger by the hour.
The truth is...

How easy it is to be something I'm not, but when it comes to displaying my true pain; it's impossible to paint the picture.
It is something I can't explain with words, yet with silence; it is so plain and simple.

How selfishness can take over a person's soul is still a mystery to me.
One day, I am living a life of a normal child; and the next day, stress attacks my soul.
In a blink of an eye, everything can change.
That one sentence can shatter my world of hope.
That one pain I've always ignored inflicts my body until I have reached the point of HALLUCINATION.
