How do you hide it?
And pretend to smile,
Like everything okay,
Even for a little while.

How do you laugh?
And hide the tears,
Not just once,
But for four long years.

How do you live?
When everythings a lie,
When youre not yourself,
And secretly want to die.

Fake smiles hide the pain,
Laughter hides the tears,
I hide the scars,
And myself is my biggest fear
