Im sorry you'll never take a breath,
never see the world, the sun and the stars,
looking up in the sky, my precious baby,
I know heaven is where you are.
tears fall down my face, pain in my heart
I miss you, can't believe sometimes you're gone
and knowing it is I who took your life,
I feel as if it's the hardest thing to move on.
I wonder the colour of your eyes,
your tiny little fingers, tiny little toes
sweet smile looking up at me with love,
How i'd kill right now to have moments like those.
my amazing little life, how dare I let you go?
I wish could take it all back every single day..
and get you here in my arms just once,
If i could only somehow find a way.
nothing in this world means more to me than you
i'd die a thousand times to look in your eyes just one time,
to hold you close, my precious baby,
to let you know I am yours and you are mine.
to watch you soundly sleeping,
laughing and playing with a smile,
to kiss it all better for my baby,
it would all be worthwhile.
but one thing will remain the same,
me on earth and you in heaven's sky,
mommy loves you very much and even though we can't be together,
this is not goodbye.
one day I will see you, kiss you and hold you close.
