A Place For All

by claire   Jan 15, 2007

It was once old and frail,
With books as much as bucket loads of mail.
Full of stories for young and old,
Featuring characters strong and bold.
Strange tales for those with the mysterious mind,
Stories of great friendships for those with a heart so kind.
Tales of love once come but now lost,
For hearts that have been bitten by a touch of frost.
Epics for children who get lost in the adventures of time,
And readings upon readings for those that enjoy a spot of crime.
It was once and frail,
But now it tells a much bolder tale.

P.S. this poem i had to write for english at school about the castlemaine library...woot woot for the 'maine!
