Depressed?

Feeling alone and feeling very scared,
suicidal thought may come so please stay aware.
when this all happens you're probably depressed,
maybe it's because you're worried or maybe you're stressed.
depression can last a day or it can last for many years,
you may get thoughts of killing yourself and you become your biggest fear.
falling tears and sad faces,
you get confused and don't know where your place is.
look for a helping hand and a trust worthy friend,
because no life can get happy when it's headed to and end.
