Outside

by Amanda Andrews   Jan 16, 2007

I was standing outside in the cold pouring down rain.
The water was hitting my body as I watched you walk away from my sight.
The temptation came as I wanted to run after you, screaming for you to come back.
But I stayed, standing there motionless, figuring out how I managed to be so alone.
