Destination

by Jenna   Jan 17, 2007

Don't follow me
I have no destination
Despite all the tracks of life
I'm still sitting at the station

The trains keep passing by
Speeding down the tracks
I'm too afraid to move forward
I'm too hurt to go back

As each one slows down
I consider getting on
But I take too long to decide
And then they're already gone

I couldn't turn around
I wouldn't look ahead
So torn by indecisiveness
That I forgot what you once said

When you don't know where to go
And you're always feeling scared
Just turn and look beside you
'Cause I will always be there
