I Can't Hide

He hurts me like no other
my pain i can not hide
i cry my hardest to maybe try
to drown out his goodbyes
he has to go away now
for something he has done!
he lets me down with every word
to punish me? its absurd
he did it to himself
yet i'm the one to blame?
i feel i'm in the middle
of a heavy heavy strain
i have to let it out now
my pain and cries
all these lies
what am i to do
this man that hurts me deep inside
is my father...i cant hide!
