If people only knew....

Every word that they say,
could hit another person-
like a bullet to the brain.

Sad enough people only know,
what they drove someone to-
after they've killed themselves.

Suicide lurks in every corner,
take a moment,
see what they see-
and you'll be amazed.

I've been there,
I know the pain,
Have you been there?
Do you know the pain?

You cannot begin to understand,
After all,
You are just another person.

I wish they could see what we've
been through,
and see what they drive us to,

If people only knew...
