The Eyes of Despair

You see me here,
These eyes of pain.
You see no life.
You see no gain.

You see no hope,
But only grief.
You believe in life,
But I have no belief.

I see no good,
In this sad sad place.
You see only grief,
In this sad sad face.

Nothing in this world,
Can truly compare,
To these eyes,
The Eyes of Despair.
